paying people 10cents an hour, maybe a day (lol wouldn’t surprise me). Is this company even real? Why are people answering the phone in the Philippines, maybe India, Iran, Korea or wherever in the hell. Goal is to have Alexa location services turn on system when departing and turn off system when returning automatically while having ability to receive alerts if cameras are triggered. The user should get the same alert independent of the way the cameras are enabled. Also, when the cameras are turned on via Alexa and are triggered by motion or sound, no alert is sent to the user. Integration is needed between these two methods of controlling the cameras. The product claims to work with Alexa, but the app and Alexa controls are independent so if the cameras are enabled by Alexa, the app still shows I’m home, indicating that the cameras are not enabled. I’ve been using the app for several months and it has worked well as a stand-alone app, but it falls short on its integration with Alexa. If you are looking for a security camera go elsewhere because this company is not delivering on its advertised features. Now the alerts are still recording but there are no notifications.
This feature worked for months but has stopped. The company has taken away the notification of alerts.
